Not investment advice
Effective
Research data and education only
Everything LetoQuant provides, on this website, in the answers of its API and MCP tools, in its data and documentation and in the Academy, is research data and education. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security, option or other instrument, or to follow any strategy.
What we are not
Proairos Pte. Ltd., which runs LetoQuant, is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a financial planner, and is not registered as one with the US Securities and Exchange Commission or any other regulator. We do not provide securities investment consulting in mainland China or anywhere else, we do not manage money, and we never place orders or hold anyone’s funds.
What an AI says is not our advice
When you ask an AI client about our data, what it tells you is that AI’s own output. It may misread the data, calculate wrongly or claim what the data does not support. It is not our advice, and we neither review nor endorse it; check what matters against the data itself.
The data has limits
The data can contain errors, gaps and delays. It is historical and updated nightly, to the previous trading day, and some of it, such as fails-to-deliver data, is published weeks after the fact. Past results, backtests and simulations do not predict future returns.
Options carry substantial risk
Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor: you can lose all you pay for an option, and some positions can lose more. The Academy teaches with simulated or historical prices and no real money, and how you do there says nothing about results with real money.
Ask a professional
Before you invest, consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified, licensed professional. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
